The COPE Local 343 Education Committee reviews applications for scholarships/bursaries, educational reimbursements and course requests from Local 343 members for approval.
The committee meets monthly and the members are: Patty Clancy, Matt Dumas (Chair), Janice Gairey, Geraldine McMullen, Casey Oraa, Donna Shields and Heidi Tagieff.

Communications Committee
COPE Local 343's communication committee is comprised of 5 members: Pauline Fitzgerald, Geraldine McMullen, Casey Oraa, Tina McPherson (Chair) and Heidi Tagieff.
Our mandate is simple - KEEP THE MEMBERSHIP INFORMED ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THEIR LOCAL. Our methods of communication include a quarterly newsletter that goes out to all of our members, an electronic communication, and of course our website. We are always looking for submissions/contributions to the newsletter so feel free to e-mail us if you have an idea and/or article that you wish to work on!
